Project Highlights:

• ECU Repair & Wiring Integration: Successfully repaired the engine control unit after severe coolant ingress. Completely rebuilt and modified the engine wiring harness to seamlessly integrate with a standalone engine management system.
• Mechanical Timing Calibration: Precision adjustment of the camshaft timing (valve overlap) to optimize volumetric efficiency and power delivery across the RPM range.
• Multi-Fuel Engine Calibration: Developed custom ECU mapping to support and optimize engine performance across different fuel types, ensuring maximum reliability and output regardless of the fuel source.
