Complete Dynamic Control Fine-tune your suspension behavior in real-time. The module pulls data directly from the vehicle’s CAN bus, featuring advanced 3D correction mapping based on:
- G-Force Compensation: Longitudinal (acceleration/braking) and lateral (cornering) G-force adjustments.
- Driver Input: Dynamic damping based on throttle position, brake pressure, steering wheel angle, and steering speed.
- Speed Sensing: Vehicle speed-dependent base stiffness adjustments.
- Ride Height Support: The board is fully prepped with power and signal traces to support optional ride height sensors for even deeper active tuning.
Seamless OEM Integration
- Factory Housing Mount: The custom PCB is explicitly designed for a direct, drop-in fit inside the original factory suspension control module housing for a perfectly clean, stock look.
- Steering Wheel Control: Control modes are switched seamlessly from the factory steering wheel buttons alongside the OEM Terrain Modes.
- Terrain Mode Linking: Each factory Terrain Mode can be individually tuned and assigned custom damping profiles.
- Hardware-Level Diagnostics: Built-in driver diagnostics for each solenoid (open circuit, short to ground, short to battery). Specific DTCs are logged in the tuning software, while the dashboard displays generic system fault messages, mimicking the stock setup perfectly.
- Data Logging: Includes a mathematical model for calculating shock oil temperature for monitoring during aggressive trail driving.
