Project Highlights:

• Twin-Scroll Turbocharger Integration: Upgraded to a custom twin-scroll turbo setup. The primary engineering goal wasn’t chasing extreme peak boost, but rather ensuring instant throttle response and creating an exceptionally broad torque curve essential for rally applications.
• Multi-Fuel Calibration: Extensive recalibration of the engine control unit to support safe and high-performance operation across different fuel types. Fuel and ignition maps were optimized to ensure maximum reliability and consistent power output regardless of the fuel source.
• Advanced Diagnostics & ECU Mapping: Complete software audit of engine sensors and management systems, followed by precision tuning. This allowed the engine to fully unlock the potential of the new forced induction setup without compromising long-term reliability.
