OFF-ROAD USE ONLY
Many products sold by Mic Racing Development LLC, including but not limited to custom electronic controllers and tuning hardware, are designed strictly for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. These products may override factory safety limits and may not comply with local, state, or federal emissions and highway safety regulations (including DOT/EPA standards). It is the buyer’s absolute responsibility to check local laws before installation.
INSTALLATION AND VEHICLE DAMAGE
Mic Racing Development LLC provides aftermarket parts intended to be installed by qualified professionals. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or abuse of our products. Modifying your vehicle’s electronics, drivetrain, or suspension carries inherent risks. By purchasing and installing our products, you assume all risks associated with vehicle modification, including but not limited to: electrical shorts, drivetrain failures (e.g., damaged differentials or axles), and suspension damage.
FACTORY WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Installation of aftermarket electronics and tuning devices may void your vehicle manufacturer’s factory warranty. Mic Racing Development LLC is not responsible for any voided warranties or refused service by automotive dealerships resulting from the use of our products.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no case shall Mic Racing Development LLC, our directors, officers, employees, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
This includes, without limitation, property damage, vehicle repair costs, personal injury, towing fees, or loss of use of the vehicle arising from your use of any of our products. All products are provided ‘as is’ without any representation or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, other than as described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
ACCURACY OF INFORMATION AND PRICING
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. However, the price displayed at the time you place your order will be honored for that transaction. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse such orders, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
While we make every effort to display accurate product descriptions and specifications, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, or error-free.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mic Racing Development LLC from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us at info@micracing.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington State.
